Match & Player Data

The App allows you to record tennis match data including point-by-point scores, player names, match dates, and match notes. This data is created by you and stored to provide match tracking and analytics features.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the App, including device type, operating system, app version, session duration, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the App experience.

Crash & Performance Data

We collect crash reports and performance metrics to diagnose bugs and improve app stability. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App
  • Generate match statistics, trends, and AI-powered coaching insights

4. Children's Privacy

Tennis Seed is designed for use by parents and guardians to track junior tennis matches. The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents and guardians create and manage all accounts and match data.

If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at support@tennisseed.app and we will promptly delete that information.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and match data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

The App itself does not use browser cookies. However, our third-party analytics and crash reporting tools may use device identifiers and similar technologies to collect usage and performance data. You can limit tracking through your device's privacy settings.
